PixelRetrieverRefund policy

We want you to feel good about paying for PixelRetriever. You can try it free before you ever pay, every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel any time. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record and handles refunds on our behalf.
1. Try before you buy
The free plan lets you scan your first photos and see exactly how PixelRetriever works before paying anything. We recommend starting there, so a paid plan is never a leap of faith.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not happy with a new paid subscription, email us within 14 days of your first paymentand we’ll refund it in full — no need to explain why. This applies to the first payment of a new subscription (monthly or yearly).
3. Cancelling and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing, and you’ll keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After the 14-day guarantee window, payments already made for the current period are generally non-refundable, and we don’t charge you again once cancelled.
4. Yearly plans
Yearly plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from your first yearly payment. After that window, a yearly subscription runs until the end of its paid year; we don’t provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a year, but you can cancel to stop the next renewal.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or something clearly went wrong, contact us and we’ll put it right — these are always refunded regardless of the 14-day window.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects the rights you have under applicable consumer law. If you’re in the EU/EEA, your statutory rights as a consumer continue to apply alongside the guarantee above.
7. How to request a refund
Just email hello@pixelretriever.com from the address on your account and tell us you’d like a refund. We’ll confirm and process it through Paddle, usually within a few business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
